Katara doesn’t forgive Yon Rha and hug him and dry him off and walk him home she leaves him scared and sniveling and crying in the mud but she leaves him alive because she realized in that moment that she was only doing this because she felt like she had to. She hates this man, therefore she should want to kill him, right? The narrative isn’t saying wow Katara killing a mass murdering fascist dickwad is just as bad as said dickwad killing an innocent wife and mother during a raid on her home, it’s saying wow isn’t it fucked up that this little girl has been forced to carry this deep seated anger in her for most of her life to the point where the only outlet she believes she has for it is killing a man in cold blood? And like… yeah! That is pretty fucked!

Imagine what the whole Iroha/Kaguya/Yachiyo situationship looked like to the average fan in Tsukuyomi. Yachiyo throws the collab contest and this new channel featuring Kaguya and IroP starts taking off. Kaguya does mention on stream that they live together, and their followers will definitely realize that they're basically dating (even if Iroha hasn't yet)

The movie doesn't show the work that went into winning the contest, but by the end, Yachiyo has obviously taken an interest in this new channel, since she joins their streams and clearly has a thumb on the scale for the final results. At the collab concert, there's that, uhh, horny energy between Yachiyo and IroP, and Kaguya getting cucked on stage

That's just for the show, of course. But Yachiyo keeps hanging out with these two on streams. And pretty soon after Kaguya decides to graduate, just after making it big? And Yachiyo is noticeably absent from her graduation concert. And once IroP does finally log back into Tsukuyomi after their channel ended, she's immediately cozying up with Yachiyo like Kaguya was never there

Did ... did Yachiyo set this whole thing up just to steal another VTuber's girlfriend?

some headcanons for the kids: - they're all 15 except susie, 16, who had to repeat a grade due to so many absences - susie has ARFID & PICA which is why she likes eating crazy stuff like chalk, pinecones and ice cubes. she also has PCOS! - noelle has a condition similar to vitiligo that gives her skin the deer-like light spots :) her legs are also a little bowed. - kris has selective mutism but is the loudest person in the room when they're with people they deem safe - kris's eyes always look like the way people's do when the camera flash is caught in photographs. nobody knows why, but their eyesight is great in the dark! - berdly has never thought about his sexuality and wouldn't really label it, either. he falls for the person (which... in this case is literally everyone) - berdly has a speech impediment caused by his overbite, particularly affecting his pronounciation of S and R, as well as braces (currently with blue bands). his eyesight is also abysmal. he refers to this set of issues as "having been nerfed when first spawned into the world" :p
