Can I have some last names please? My first name is Roger and my middle initials are DK. I’d like last names that are German or Finnish or maybe Scandinavian. My birth last name starts with h and has 3 syllables so names like that would be cool, but anything is good. I also like the letters s, k, and v, which could be he first letter or just appear in it.

Is it okay to go by two names? Legally I have changed to a masculine name but I hate it now bc it sounds so similar to my birth name and want to go by another name, is that normal / okay? Nobody IRL has this experience and I just wanted to reach out...

Yes completely! 

There are so many people that either change their name legally a second time or just use an alternative name from what they originally chose! This happens quite a bit and it is totally okay and very very normal 

For me personally I chose a name that doesn’t truly feel home to me and have been going by it for almost 3 years now. My mom has always called me Jay and my fiancee picked up on it almost a year ago and now that’s what I’m more comfortable with. I’m still having trouble finding a J name that isn’t just J tho haha. Still I go by one name in my “professional” life and another in my private life, if that makes sense

The main point is that it is 100% okay to use an alternate name. I do it, I know several other people that do it and it is perfectly normal :)
