An Interpretation

First, the wound. You choose to fuck the wound. For raw pain, raw pleasure. Disgustingly primal. The pumping of blood. The spasm of nerves. Destroying your insides with your flesh. Then, the past. A more complex thing than the wound. The hand that brought it, the hand you miss. Caresses and nails digging into your skin, a face and the sun and the sound of ruin. The kaleidoscope only leaves a bitter ache. You decide to kill the past. Permanence is the only solution. You hope it stays dead.

Finally, the ghost. You choose to marry the ghost. It's all you have left after your path of violence. Perhaps because the ghost is the only one that doesn't repulse you. The only one that doesn't require a mirror to be examined, staring you back in the loathsome eyes. No, the ghost is someone else, a foggy face, a lost username, a silence shared that sounded like nothing ever will again. You bind yourself to the ghost, shakily mouthing "I love you"s made of screams of grief.
