so whenever i get a new fav character of interest i genuinely think they're watching me or talking to me. like I'm actually scared to do something embarrassing because im constantly "talking" to said person of special interest so like what if they see me lol. but yeah there's also a bit of maladaptive daydreaming to do with this... except it's not just in my head I feel like it's happening irl.

like I will genuinely wake up and immediately think that special interest is next to me, is downstairs, is talking to me. and they NEVER LEAVE.
