Only in Berlin

Tonight was one of those once-in-a-lifetime evenings. It started out quite casual with drinks in my hotelroom, dinner at White Trash (excellent food) and a good time with great music in the Diamond Lounge at the same and great live acts. After a couple of hours at White Trash we decided to take a taxi to Berghaim but were conviced to go to Watergate by the taxi driver. Ariving at Watergate after 03.00 without girls is a fail tho so we decided to go home. At the subway station we suddenly crashed a epic party where we stayed a few hours. A DJ had put up his sound system an had a spontanious party with lots of people just dancing and having a great time at the stairs in the subway station. It can't be explained but I'll post photos and videos showing the epicness of this venue. Only in Berlin.

Yet another night in Berlin

Back after another night on the town in Berlin. First dinner at the brilliant Juleps New York Bar and Restaurant. The food was the best we've had in a long time and the service was great. Well deserved first place amongst restaurants in Berlin on tripadvisor.com. If you go to Berlin - make sure to eat there. After the dinner we went to Puro Sky Lounge, a quite posh nightclub. Large crowd, great music, expensive beer (by Berlin standard) and the hottest club in town (due to heavy crowd and lack of air condition). Worth a visit for the view, music and ambiance - but be prepared for a really (really!) hot night! Tomorrow is another day! Night night!

Another day in Berlin

After a great late night party at Tacheles yesterday with some really mean and dirty electronic beats (followed by a long walk around Tiergarden) it's now a new day. We've had breakfast at Kaffeemitte and then strolled around just enjoying life. We went looking for Wald at Alte Schönhauser Strasse, but apperently the store has moved elsewhere. Too bad, I was hoping to check for a Whyred jacket I've had my eyes on. I'll be posting photos and videos from this trip as soon as I can. Tumbler doesn't work all that Wellington on iPad, can't post photos from the library for example. Hang in there and I'll post some stuff. Time for some sparkling with M while preparing for tonights activities.
