i feel like online classes would be enjoyable if the subject is interesting and the professor is really nice and also a good teacher and if my brain decides to focus and my family shuts up for the entire duration of the class.
🎶 be okay - oh honey
01.03.21 / I was really lazy last couple weeks. I have not wanted to read or study anything. It was a time with lack of motivation and productivity for me. But finally today I feel like I can get back to study and put things back on track! I made a plan to make March a productive month, with this motivation. I am planning to fill especially this week with lots of reading and study. Besides, If any of you are waiting for a sign to start something, that sign is that sign, join me!
I really miss going to the library... but I must admit I’m in love with my workspace 🌱
🌨️ winter studying challenge 🌨️
January 1st:
hello beautiful people! i hope you are healthy, safe and happy. ⛄
today i've been studying german because i have a final exam on sunday. i'm reviewing the lessons i missed. and to finish our group assignment my group and i had a google meeting to prepare the ppt together. it was great and we finished our assignment.
tonight i'll finish an another unit of the german course book and i hope to have enough energy to read because i missed reading. i couldn't read lately :(.
and also, here is my new lamp! it was a gift to my mom but we didn't use it because it is actually made for walls. but i took it to an electirican and asked him to add it a plug. here is the result! i love it so much! (◍•ᴗ•◍)✧*。
🔹Happy New Year! What did you learn in the past year?
the first thing i learned is that life is full of surprises and unexpected events. i learned even the smallest things in my life are indeed very important. i learned how to become a teacher a little. i learned how important my friends are. and i learned how to make my life more productive on my own.
wish me luck! good luck and may it be easy to everyone who is reading this post! ☃️❄️
5 March 2021 | In the thick of studying for my oral comprehensive exam at the moment so I’ll likely remain rather quiet for a bit longer. In the meantime, prayers are very much appreciated!
Today has been: re-drafting and editing an essay, finding out I didn’t make the shortlist for a poetry prize (but it’s okay, I might try and submit my work elsewhere), and going on a long cold walk through the university, noticing the winter sunlight, the clouds passing over the buildings, and the reflections in the glass windows.

Today went good. I m satisfied. I completed all of my tasks, I ve started to participate more in my classes, I m one of the those 7 kids who keeps their camera on during the classes and trust me guys it helps. U concentrate better, u bond with the teacher better. U also even start giving better answers as u start getting more comfortable with the teacher. Though I know I m late but better late than never.

16.11.2020 || study sessions on Zoom
My friends and I decided to have study sessions on zoom every few days. I must say it’s helping me a lot. I don’t feel as alone, and I can concentrate better on my studies. Due to the 2nd lockdown, all cafes are closed, we have online classes, and we have limited access to the library. Therefore, such study sessions are keeping me motivated and cheerful☺️
I miss DC so much it hurts

Finally found again the inspiration to take a few photos, it had been some time. These pretty much sum up what my life has been for the past few weeks and what it will be for the next couple of months: studying chemistry; currently reading those two essays and also American Tabloid by James Ellroy on my ebook reader; playing the flute concerto by Reinecke among other beautiful music pieces. The rest of my time is spent doing a Gillian Anderson marathon, even though I’ve seen most of her works several times already, and I’m working my way through Ingmar Bergman’s filmography because they’re showing his films on Mubi.
