“Not as bad as i thought. There was just a lot of blood. Some deeper cuts had to be stitched ” so be careful of those. She lost a lot of blood so she’ll be tired for a few days. “ sam explained, taking her purple latex gloves off.

Autumn groaned, "Damnit.”

“will it be a good idea if I draw a bath for her? Wash some of that dried blood off her”

Autumn ended up with stitches in a few places but they were manageable. She was still bruised as hell though, but those should go away within a few days.

Tony silently waited for Sam to be done,” How bad is she Sam?”

“In a bit ” she said when her mother came in, cleaning up the bad stuff and the wounds on her face. Sam just needed some time to get to what she needed. Autumn didn’t like that, not like she ever did but the worst ones stung like a bitch. She made faces.

Tony got up to get some clean clothes for Autumn

 “Promise?” she asked in the same way, looking up at him as she spoke.

He kissed her forehead,” I promise”

She gave a little smile, “i missed you. Go shower. I’m gonna sleep a bit ” Autumn said, finally letting go.

“alright I’ll go shower” he stood up, “ you should get a bath to wash the grime off you”

 “Promise?” she asked in the same way, looking up at him as she spoke.

He kissed her forehead,” I promise”

“Not yet” she whined, not wanting him to leave. Autumn missed him way too much. She sounded awful when she took a breath after whining. It made a grotesque wheeze noise.

Tony didn’t upset her anymore because that sound freaked him out. He sat down on the bed,” I’m not leaving baby. Just relax.”

“Okay” she said softly, snuggling up to him quietly. “Am i gonna die?” Autumn asked quietly.

“No you won’t. I’ll never let you die”

“Not yet” she whined, not wanting him to leave. Autumn missed him way too much. She sounded awful when she took a breath after whining. It made a grotesque wheeze noise.

“Fuck, i knew that drac bastard fucked me up”, she commented softly, snuggling close to him despite her injuries. She winced when one particular spot touched.

Sam parked in front of their house, cutting the engine. The twins were sent inside to do something to help from there.

“which Drac was it?” Tony asked her softly

He climbed out of the car with her in his arms when they were home.

“The German bastard mom’s always fighting with” she blurted out, ratting on Chris the first chance she got. “Didn’t tell him Anythin ”

"I'm gonna kill him" Tony growled under his breath. He hurried up to their room so he could lay Autumn down.

Sam parked in front of their house, cutting the engine. The twins were sent inside to do something to help from there.

“which Drac was it?” Tony asked her softly

“Well shower when we get home, ok? And then we can sleep together ” Autumn told him with a soft smile, despite her injuries. “I love you” she added, kissing his cheek softly.

Sam listened as she drove. At least they didn’t break her spirit. She was a tough girl like her mother.

Tony gave her a small smile” I will baby”

She gave a smile of amusement and giggled a bit, “there it is. I missed that ” Autumn was talking about his smile of course. “How bad is it though? Do i look like Carrie or worse?”

Sam was sort of amused at her daughter’s view of things.

“ummmmm” he bit his lip,” worse babe”

“Well shower when we get home, ok? And then we can sleep together ” Autumn told him with a soft smile, despite her injuries. “I love you” she added, kissing his cheek softly.

Sam got into the drivers side and waited til everyone had buckled in before starting the car and getting them out of there. Autumn woke in the middle of the ride home, looking up at tony grogily before complaining,  “you smell awful… haven’t you been showering?… or sleeping? you look awful too” She sounded weak and half asleep. She was paler than normal from blood loss.

“no” Tony said softly, looking down at her. He softly kissed her forehead,”Ive been too worried about you.”
