Ate my salad before I took a pic 😂 but here's today's snack. I suck at consistency 🤷
Day 1
So I'm off to a decent start today, I was going to workout early this morning but I went to bed late and I would have had to only get 4 hours of sleep. So I'm going later this evening after work. For breakfast I had my Orgain protein shake mixed with unsweetened almond milk and some instant coffee and two clementines. I need to get used to drinking all this water 😂 I think I've peed 4 times in the two hours I've been at work.
I've returned! So coming off keto I ended up gaining all of my weight back plus more! I almost cried seeing these pics but I'm going to use this as motivation to once again lose my weight. This time I'm sticking with a whole food plant based diet because I know that's what makes me feel good. I am now 200 pounds 😣 attempting to get down to 145. I will be weight training again and I will try to log everything I do so that I can stay accountable. I'll also post cute pics of my doggos because they're great 😊
It's been awhile, I've still been doing my keto thing. I'm down to 157! Here's a flourless chocolate mug cake that is so wonderful.
So I made hamburger buns out of the fat head dough, it wasn't to bad. A little small so next time I'll use more ingredients.
I suck at making collages but my BF has lost 50 pounds on keto! I'm so proud of him and his ability to stick with it.
And another pound down! I'm officially out of the 160s! I'm so proud of myself
I made the keto vanilla ice cream and a chocolate mug brownie! It was a nice treat.
You are going to want to make this ice cream like right now. It seriously tastes like a vanilla shake or a frosty from Wendy’s.
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk ½ cup heavy cream 1 tsp vanilla 2 Tbs sweetener (I use Swerve which is a sugar alcohol so you subtract the carbs from this)
Put these ingredients into a zip lock bag.
Put ice and 6 Tbs kosher salt into a larger bag. Put smaller bag into larger bag. Shake for 10-15 mins.
Oh I also carved pumpkins with the family and made buttery garlic roasted pumpkin seeds. I also sprinkled Himalayan pink salt on them and they are wonderful! They taste like fresh popcorn to me. It was so hard to stop eating them!
I'm down another pound today! I now weigh 160. For dinner I made garlic parmesan steel head salmon, cauliflower dirty rice and broccoli. Everything tasted amazing and was a nice change from the usual. Last night I made fat head pizza but forgot to take pictures.

Just keep at it. Don’t carb out. You don’t need them. Make ribs, eat bacon, and laugh at everyone that doubted what you’re trying to do here when you get to your goal.

Another 2 pounds down!
So in the four days I was gone I dropped down to 161! I'm just glad I was able to stay on track the entire time. I went to the gym this morning and ran a little before I have to go to work and I didn't feel as weak. I think I'm really starting to experience the benefits of being in ketosis.
Some progress photos, this was my last day at the hotel and I'm finally home! I haven't been able to weigh myself this whole time so I am interested to see where I'm at.
For some reason this didn't upload! This was my grocery haul for the 4 days I stayed in a hotel. Not to shabby for 40 bucks! Sugar free jello, whipped cream cheese, smoked salmon, pre cooked bacon, rotisserie chicken, some uncured deli meat that taste like spicy salami (2 packs) gouda baby bells, some meat and cheese p3 protein packs, Powerade zero and cream soda zevia.
Tonight's dinner, a hamburger and two pork chops. It alot of food because I typically fast and I need to meet my macros. Powerade zero on the side!
