Megan Fox at Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles premiere in Westwood, California. August 3, 2014
olivia easton.
Olivia had just gotten back into town from an audition she had finally convinced herself to go this morning only to get cut after the third round, she believed that she had done better than a few of the girls  that had gotten to stay and could already feel her past habits of self criticism starting to kick in as she walked around the Westbrook park aimlessly. The blonde not hearing her name being called out until she felt someone approaching her. âSorry, Iâm lost in my thoughts. Hi there.â
âHey,â she breathed out with a smile as she approached Olivia. It had been quite a long time since she had ran into the other, wanting to catch her now, otherwise itâd drive Natalia crazy. âAnything special on your mind?â She inquired. Natalia would save the catching up and just dive right on in, she preferred that anyway -- always hating the questions one could receive after long times spent between seeing a friend or family member.

Looking at the boarded up door and the sad FOR SALE sign plastered onto the large window area next to it, Evelina folded her arms across her chest and sighed in disappointment. âExcuse me,â she turned to face the person walking up. ââIâm sorry, but do you know what happened to the antique store that used to be here? Mrs. Pearson, the owner⊠Is she still around?â
âIâm sorry,â Natalia noted as she stared up at the boarded building that she hadnât quite noticed before, ever really. âIâve lived here way too long and yet I never once stopped in. Though it must have closed while I was gone in the beginning of the year. Hopefully she had just retired?âÂ
james alexander.
âI wouldnât sit there if I were you.â The blonde looked over briefly to the chair next to her that was vacant, but now was finding an occupant. âI mean, if you plan on staying here for longer than a month, I wouldnât sit there.â People who talked toâ grew to like her, they all left. Owen, now Max. Everyone. âUnless maybeââ She swallowed the spit pooling in her mouth, âWe can just agree you hate me, and maybe thatâll counteract my bad luck.â
Natalia almost froze at the sound of the other womanâs monotone voice speaking up. She was about to move believing somebody else was already occupying it until the blonde continued to speak and so Natalia got even more comfy, stirring the coffee that was in her hand. âLucky for us both Iâve been here all my life and donât plan on leaving soon?â She ended it with a question. Natalia obviously didnât know where this was coming from but she also didnât want to pry and so she stirred her coffee and took a long sip, âIf it helps people find me annoying for always being so upbeat and cheery--â She mused with a small chuckle as if it could help find the other some semblance to smile or feel better.

âI ainât saying Iâm good, but I do know a few tricks. Come on, itâll just be one game. You win, Iâll buy the next round.â
âListen I may have spent a good portion of my teenage years around bars but I still never learned jack about pool! Darts though, Iâd be able to school you in a game of darts, definitely.â
leon pahinui.
âHey, uh, dâyou mind getting the door for me?â
Delivering boxes of soap would be easier if he had more hands, honestly - if the door was a push he mightâve managed, but alas this shop had a front door you pulled and with four boxes stacked in his arms Leon didnât have a spare hand to grab the handle. He was lucky enough to accost a passerby, though, and he gave them his politest smile so they knew he wasnât a murderer.
âOh gosh--â She jumped over to help the man, squeezing past him to grasp the door handle and swing it open. âI can do you one better if you need help carrying the boxes? It looks like youâre carrying so much, I could only imagine how much they weigh.â
gabe cohen.
Gabe politely smiled and made eye contact with the person in front of him, his coffee cup in hand; him trying to make up for what just happened. âSorry if Iâm being rude, Iâve just had a very long shift at work.â The brunette ruffled up his hair with his free hand, his hair then falling right back down. âDonât hold it against me for almost splashing a steaming hot cup of coffee on you.â Â
âUnfortunately, this isnât the first time this has happened to me,â she sighed down at the coffee stains etching themselves into her blouse. âAnd itâs definitely not on purpose, I swear Iâm a good person and people donât just throw coffee on me for the fun of it---â Natalie laughed a moment, shaking her head. Honestly, when you worked in a place as hectic as the ER, if you werenât paying attention you could collide into a few people or so. Blame it on sleep deprivation for the times it happened. âWhere do you work?â She mused, attempting to salvage the topic elsewhere as she scrubbed at her blouse as if it could take the stains out. Though she didnât really mind, it was an old blouse after all.
alanna mortensen.
âWhatâs a girl gotta do to get some service around here?â
âI came here all the time as a kid,â she murmured as she walked in behind the other female patron. âYou have to sit down yourself before they even acknowledge you. They donât mean to be rude about it, just how theyâve always been doing it.â
fang zhou.
Perhaps it was the exhaustion, the poor sleep patterns, the dehydration, the lack of regular food intake, the introduction of tobacco as a way to smoke his stress away â whatever it was, Fangâs body had finally had enough. For a brief, alarming moment, it had shut down.
âWhat?â Fang groaned, squinting up from where heâd collapsed on the floor. His ears were ringing. Out of his peripheral vision, he could see someone moving towards him. âThe fuck?â
âHey....â Natalia had rushed over as soon as she saw said person collapse. She attempted to get them to focus, never once shaking them or attempting to lift them but rather hoping theyâd turn over to at least be on their back for it was always the safest bet. â--Can you hear me?â She could hold a finger up waving it gently back and forth as if itâd get them to focus quicker.
In the past, Iâve been reluctant to share any bits of truth about myself or to really let people in on my reality. So I have said some things to throw people off the scent of whatâs really going on in my life. So I have sort of aided the media in printing these misconceptions, which I regret.
jaxon morgan.
He shook his head slightly, with a shrug of his shoulders. âNo, what was it? Natasha? Naomi? Something with an N, right?â He asked, he was able to keep his features solemn, but the longer he looked at her, a smile cracked across his features. âYou arenât the only one to say that. Apparently, no one believes Iâd be able to disappear and come back alive. I donât know. The lack of faith is insulting.â The smile that wore itself on his features faded drastically as she held out her arms for an simple embrace. He shook his head at the sight, âNo.â
âYouâve always been a terrible liar,â she quipped as if she really knew the Jax beneath the facade. Really, Natalia had only scratched the surface in the time they had gotten to know each other in whatever mess they could have considered themselves. Not strangers, not friends but something definitely strange. âHey,â A pout formed on her lips for the sense of dramatics, âI didnât think youâd have gone off and died. I just always expected you not to stay around for long. I guess I was partially right. Though it is good to see you back.â She admitted lightly, letting her arms fall back down to her sides after a moment. âNot even if I said I really need a hug right now?â As if thatâd change his mind but sheâd still tease anyway.
