The way they characterized him in game fits perfectly with the real Festa, and Festa means holiday in italian! She's a gambler with an outlaw temperament. She used to hang around listlessly, but with the guidance of her mentor, she discovers the thrill of racing. She can only survive on the edge, and tends to slack off when things get rough. She's a good-old-fashioned kind-hearted guy, and can often be found munching on stewed offal with strangers in back alleys.
