Hello Again :)

I know I haven't posted on here in a while #longbutnotforgottentumblr But in the last couple of months, I guess I've become a bit of a "stress head" and it's gotten me thinking about my past, future and where I'm at right now. I haven't spoken much about my personal life before on tumblr, so not sure if many of you know that a few years ago I suffered from anorexia. It was hell! Probably the worst few years of my life! I pushed people away, feared food and neglected my health. I'm so thankful I had a supportive family and they helped guide me out of it and to where I am today! I can now happily say I am a health young women and have recently become a personal trainer. Part of the reason I went down the health a fitness path was because of my past. It helped me immensely with my recovery and change my life! And I want to be able to help change other people's lives for the better and also help stop women and men from going down a path that I was on. There are too many young people these days been fed the wrong information about what is actually healthy and that carbs are bad, fats are bad, you should never treat yourself or have "bad" foods and cardio is the type of exercise you should be doing day in day out to get healthy and fit. This isn't actually the case and needs to stop! I've been overly stressed and will admit I've had a fair few tears lately because I haven't been able to find a job I feel that I can help shape and change people's lives and do it on my terms. Yeah I may be a bit picky but I feel like why settle for something where I know I won't be happy to go to work each day compared to somewhere I know I'm actually making a difference to people and excited each day to go to work. So that's where I'm at. I guess the point of this post was to touch base back with tumblr and also express my concern about the information being fed the young generation these days and it gets me worried and upset that an innocent young person who has everything to look for in their life, could have it all taken away before they know it because of a horrendous illness that they probably don't know they are creating because of the information they have been fed to support their behaviours and that they feel alone in this big scary world.
