You have watched me for months... maybe this entire 16 months I've been changing my life, #health and financial future. You could have been in ketosis that entire time. What the heck is this life?! 🤰 When I was diagnosed with #Celiacs I was also told that it would be very difficult for me to carry my own kids, I'll probably have cancer at some point and I'll never be able to eat #gluten again. 🤯This blew my mind! Wasn't the diet meant to heal the #body? My doctor gave me my diagnosis and never saw me again. Why do they think they can throw a diagnosis that is literally life changing without any other #support??! I was 19 and scared so.... ✨I went to find my own answers. I learned that with auto immunes, it was super important to be as holistic as possible so the body isn't overwhelmed. 💁‍♀️My #health was a non-negotiable for me. This started my better health & holistic lifestyle. I didn't allow my diagnosis to define my health and take my #dreams of being a family away from me.... it took a few years (10 to be exact) to get here but here we are.
