Hella behind on steps today. Going on a walk to fix that.
I have all of my meals planned out until I leave to see my family, and have them mostly planned between when I get back and when I move apartments.
I have locked back in baby!!
It just rained for less than a minute...

Low key think I might have to get rid of peanut butter for a while. It used to be a no go and then for the last few years it’s been good, until the last few weeks where I just eat so much of it at night.
TBD, will make a decision after I finish this jar.
Homemade iced chai to hold me over. :)
Been craving an iced oat milk latte all week. I even have a gift card to a local coffee shop, but it’s been too hot and such a high UV index for me to walk there.
Could I drive? Yes, but I rather walk the three mile (4.8km) round trip.
Honestly I just need to get up early and go first thing. Maybe tomorrow…

Meal prepped protein pumpkin pancakes!!
(I freeze them and then just pop them in the toaster oven)

The feminine urge to have a coffee at 8pm.
Really got to lock in on my eating for the next few weeks. Going to visit family for three weeks in July and I know I’ll probably be less active and will have lots of treats given to me.
Overnight oats, were not too bad today actually. I added extra cocoa powder to the chocolate protein powder and that seemed to help.
I fear I am getting the ick for both of my lunch options. Protein smoothie or overnight oats have been my go to for years. And now I’m like 😩. I’ll find something to replace it. I have protein shakes and bars to get me through until I find something.
