Hannibal nbc has a furious tendency for foreshadowing that becomes more clear with each rewatch of the show. In the episode prior to Mizumono, Margot (after having her uterus surgically removed by Mason) Is shown in her hospital room getting dressed. We see her back full of scars inflicted by her brother and in the next scene, we see the large scar that stretches across her abdomen.

now... tell me this doesn't sound painfully familiar. Who else will soon be receiving a purposeful, large abdominal scar that represents a clear reminder of the hurt and feelings of betrayal inflicted? And we all know Will can resonate with what Margot says at the end here.
