REBLOG IF YOU ARE OKAY WITH JUMPING AROUND IN THREADS/PLOTS. sometimes it can take ages to get from point a to point b and half the fun is the journey. but sometimes it fun to explore different aspects of a plot. flashfowards, flashbacks, parts of the plot you have discussed but haven’t reached yet. It’s so fun to explore every part of a plot and have multiple threads in different places in a plot. Or sometimes different memes you sent/receive may not fit the point in the plot you are at right now, but fit a flashback or flashfoward. So reblog if you are okay with having different threads in different points in the plot.

A little rant for the night
Le sigh...it has been a while, my friends. Since I’ve written, had the energy to get away from toxic people and the way the roleplaying community. I put myself out there two weeks ago wrote a 17-page long application to have every bit of that application questioned and torn apart. If I wrote anymore it would literally be a children's chapter book. The pure catty behavior that comes from these “admin” staff is so juvenile, I don’t have the energy to fight over an opinion.
I get it sometimes you need to clean up your work etc. But 17 pages....of hard work writing and fleshing out a very complex character to get it questioned and torn apart is frustrating. Not only did they tear my application apart they didn’t have the common decency to finish reading my application until tonight, a week past when they said they’d have it done.
p.s. I’ve been there, life happens, shit happens...but you cannot expect potential members to sit around and wait for you to half read their application and rip it apart over minor things that can be built up through the actual roleplay experience. I shouldn’t have to flesh every single little detail out...there should be a build of a character over time.
Nonetheless, I’ve learned that the forum RPG community is no longer a place for me, it hasn’t been for me for a long time. For those of you that don’t know, I’ve been writing for 13 years. I’ve seen this community go from ups and downs and I am really just sick of the negativity and toxicity of the RP community. I am sick of it.
I am attempting a group rp...here on tumblr. Hopefully that works out for me, I just need a solid group of writers to have fun and enjoy writing with again...i miss that.
