My PS3 hard drive is failing, and I think it's about to die. The games save and load slowly, installs take hours, and it always sounds like it's clicking.

I'm gonna have to fork out the cash for a new HDD, and then I gotta backup my data and reinstall the OS and shit. Idk why it failed so fast, because it went from an old and a bit slow but mostly fine drive, to a drive about to die after literally 2 weeks since I retrieved my PS3 after not using it for 3 years.
