truly a shame Our Share of Night by Mariana Enriquez doesn't have a bigger fanbase to discuss it. it's got everything. a sick bisexual man who is a horrible father, his polycule, a traumatized son, a cult, Darkness, an amazing cast of characters going from the gay best friend to the girl friends and incredible women *hits top of the book like a car* this baby's got everything

Ok, why is there no fandom for "Nuestra Parte de Noche/Our Share of Night"???

It's a book about extremely grey queer characters and three children with ptsd dealing with Lovecraftian horrors and a very human cult made by rich pieces of shit that like body horror.

There is also a really complex (read: toxic) father/son relationship.
