Please if anyone can help, we are in trouble.  I’ve already checked with any charities I could and any that we qualify for won’t pay out to individuals and will only pay directly to vets.  Well, we already paid for all of this.  We had to take out high interest credit lines to pay for Mittens’ care.  The lower half of his face was literally ripped from his jaw. This was an urgent situation, and definitely not something we could put off until we were in a better place.
