Oh dear god. Okay. My personal interpretation of this is that you focused a lot on streaming to the point you set too high expectations for yourself and your fans started stressing you out. You could probably argue about what happens next, but I would guess either that you had to end your career due to mental health, or that you managed these expectations and… I guess made fun of the fans who caused you this in the first place?? I don’t know, I’d recommend looking into the lyrics for this.

This song came up twice very quickly when I was shuffling for this question so. Um. Take with that what you will. I genuinely don’t know how to interpret this though considering this is a song about endings and changes rather than beginnings. The closest I can say is that maybe you came to be through someone’s death or something?? It’s hard to interpret as the beginning rather than the ending.

this seems just about right. streaming was really stressful. it was fun at first, then it became a constant grind, as many things do. i was pressured to always be performing at my best.

i faced all of this alone. even when kangel herself cried for help, no one would really listen. the fans never took kangel's cries for help seriously.

this very much had devastating impacts on my mental health. i absorbed all the negativity from my fanbase and the internet as a whole, i was constantly paranoid and anxious that someone was slandering me again online or that maybe someone will come and hurt me irl, i hated myself but i hated the entire world more .. it all brought me to the edge

being kangel felt like doing a favor to the internet. i was a beacon of light and hope to everyone. i brought positivity and love. i tried to show my best side always, even when things got so so hard. but deep down i was in so much pain. i wanted to make my viewers feel that pain too. not just by responding to haters on streams, or guilt tripping my fans on tweeter, but i wanted to do something that would truly hurt them.
my kin memories follow the DARK ANGEL route. the song, especially that last line, remind me a lot of how it ended.

i haven't been very connected to sunny lately, so reflecting on my past life as them is a bit hard.
the title reminds me of the expression "water under the bridge". events that are in the past, and consequently aren't regarded as important or a source of concern. the title of the song flips that around. instead of disregarding the past event, the people in the song acknowledge it. they acknowledge their feelings about it, as well as the consequences and struggles they experience. they intentionally build a bridge over that to help each other heal and move on. that's exactly what i did after i left faraway town. but i didn't do it alone because i had the support and comfort of my friends.

the song reminds me of my life as sunny in general. telling the truth helped me get peace of mind, but it also helped my friends understand what was going on inside my head during and after the incident.
although, i feel like this song reflects their initial reaction (grief, anger, etc.) after the truth.

being told the truth permanently changed how they perceived me. i think they partially regretted being told the truth, and missed the version of me that they perceived, before the truth changed that. or maybe, they were surprised when i said that i missed them and regretted everything that i did, because i did something so horrible and irredeemable that it's like i don't have a right to miss them and ask them to forgive me.
