i understand this is part of the yaoi/BL fan culture and if you're reading specifically nsfw yaoi comics i can at least understand why one character is The Top and the other The Bottom but it bothers me when this is applied to fanworks of things that are not BL at all. You just decided that you're going to portray all their dynamic and personality over what porn you like? And can't even tolerate interaction from a person who could prefer something else. Ok

random thing i like to complain about is how some artists insist that their sfw art only to be tagged with the shipname that implies one character is The Top and the other is The Bottom and never the other way around. First of all this is never about topping/bottoming strictly it also conflates those with domming/subbing and i understand if you want to see one dynamic in the porn but how do those sex positions impact the dynamics of their sfw art explain quickly without being misogynistic

okay just going to kind of bite the bullet here... hi i'm mihai, a nonbinary lesbian, and due to making an attempt on my life back in january i have had to move back in with my parents and i am very much reaching the limit of what i can take with this arrangement. with me constantly being talked down to and being forced to have a tracking phone on my phone that i pay for, i am starting to try and make preparations to hopefully be able to find somewhere else to live. right now i make just shy of $11/hr at my job + i have an hour commute + my parents are planing to start charging me rent so with what little i make it'll be near impossible for me to start saving any money. what i'm asking for now is just help building up an emergency savings... right now i think i will start with $1000 which is a big ask but it'd be so helpful for getting me towards being able to get out of my parents house and out of texas also. i know this is a lot but anything would help at this point <3
