Yes, I get it Jeffery Dean Morgan is gorgeous. But can we stop drooling over Negan and saying how much we love his character? Comic fans know that Negan is evil as fuck… yet all the fangirls drooling over him are like “I don’t care, he’s hot!” YES JDM is a great actor. YES JDM is good looking. That does not make Negan a good guy.

Comic fans know he isn’t ‘evil’. Comic fans know that TWD isn’t some black&white/good vs evil Disney story. It’s about all the different shades of human morality and survival in the apocalypse. There can be ‘good’ and ‘evil’ actions, and they can come from the same person. Rick Grimes is one of those people and so is Negan. Is he a nice human being? Nah. Does he do some bad shit? Hell yes, but not for the sake of ‘being evil’. Is he complex and interesting? Yep, and that is why we love him. As for TV fans…maybe they like him just for his looks. I have no idea. But if he was just a pretty face, and no further substance…I doubt I’d like him as much.
