the style of this game really is a huge inspiration for me and studying the designs in detail was a whole lot of fun! the parts that were the most intimidating at first (pippa, leymar, cyran’s outfit, the lake background) ended up being the most satisfying to paint!

in case you’re wondering who my favorite character from tower of memory is… well, probably the one i’ve written 50k+ words about. but that’s a story for another time…
