i think Code Lyoko ordinarily does a great job at keeping XANA detached and inhuman (i.e. rarely having lines and no true physical form afaik) but it’s maddening to know that its first canonical words to the main characters (as itself and not pretending to be anyone else) is “HAHAHAHAHA, YOU ARE GOING TO DIE! HAHAHAHA!”
