Tbh I prefer Kiwi & Ozzy Taskmaster atm to the og version but mainly cause I don't really vibe with the people they have as contestants lately. Neither of the three Ghosts I'm watching made but that's due to the new shows (slow horses and the pitt) haven't made me angry enough yet to either rage quit mid series or just ignore a whole seasons existence yet.

RIP Anthony Head (known for projects such as “Buffy the Vampire Slayer”, “Ted Lasso”, “Merlin”, and to most Six Idiots fans as Peter’s dad in “Yonderland”)
At least he’s reunited with his wife now ❤️❤️

‘this actor is ugly’ good. more actors should be ugly and we should oppress conventionally attractive actors.
scylla i'm your number one fan!!
It appears that boredom lies behind the most creative ideas. That's why quarantine has produced some of the most entertaining activities. One of them is the Getty Museum challenge, that so many of you have already seen in our previous article here.
Narcissus taking a selfie is the ACTUAL best.
These are REALLY cool
These are art in themselves, in a some of them point out what lockdown was like for us, they’re expressed themselves in a really cool way. But I think these are going to be talked about in the future.
Wonder Woman: Batman, we could make good use of Nightwing with this. Would you call him?
Dick, who's filling in for Bruce as Batman: I'll call him
---
Hal: you've gained some muscles
Jason, dressed as Nightwing: I started working out
Hal: Damn. What's the routine cause I just saw you last week and you look completely different.
Jason: steroids
Dick, as batman: *chokes on coffee*
---
Superman: We might need someone who's good with guns, hm... Hey Nightwing you're in contact with redhood, right? Could you have him come?
Jason, as Nightwing: ... I don't see why not
---
Wonder woman: this security is an issue we need someone who can hack this system long enough for us to get pass
Superman: hey hood, any chance you can give red robin a call?
Tim, with 5 inches of padding, as redhood: on it
---
Hal: isn't robin usually with you all?
Flash: yeah we could use him with this one
Superman: Red Robin, would you call in Robin for us?
Damian, in red robin costume: he's dead
Studying the history and theory of translation for an exam and you know how we complain that boomer had it better? Guys, this people didn’t even know they language they were translating from, but they were just that good of writers that they could get away with it. Wild. Absolutely unhinged behavior, I love it.
Imagine writing a masterpiece of an Iliad translation like it was the case for the Italian one and people asked you how long have you studied Greek for and you went “oh I don’t know Greek, I read a bunch of Latin translations and asked my friends”
How do you pronounce Scylla?
Sk-ylla
S-ylla
She-lla
Other
I started on hades 2, can you tell?
(She-lla is how we pronounce in italy it's just there for patriotism)
It kinda remembers me of Caesar, cause in Latin there are two pronounciation of Caesar (with the C of Cheese), which is the most widely used in Italy caused it's the same of the italian variant Cesare, and with the K sound. (ironically, the more correct one) , but in English it turned into See-sar.
Basically i'm afraid Sk-ylla is the right one, but I'm going to die wrong on this hill i don't care.
"A marriage ending isn't a failure at all. I spent eleven years with her. We were so in love that we couldn't image life apart from each other. We got our own place, adopted a dog, and supported each other through school. I thought if tow people loved each other enough the rest would fall into place, except... love isn't everything.
And I didn't want to believe that, but we were sitting in counseling one day, talking about our future and I realized we were describing two completely different lives. Where we'd live, what kind of life we wanted, what made us happy. And it hit me that- I love this woman and this woman loved me. And after eleven years of loss, grief, career changes, we were so deeply in love... but we weren't aligned. And I kept thinking 'We just need to try harder. We can find some compromise to make this work,' because that's what you're supposed to do when you love someone, right?
But the reality was, we had just become different people. Her trade school took her in one direction, my graduate degree in another and trying to force us back into who we were five years ago wasn't coming from a place of love. It was coming from a place of fear. Fear that, if this ended, it meant we wasted eleven years. But sitting there across from her, I realized: That's not how love works.
Those eleven years happened. They were real. The dog, our home, showing up for each other through grad school and trade school. I wouldn't change a single thing because loving someone doesn't mean you're meant to stay with them forever. And letting go doesn't erase what you had. We measure marriage by whether it lasts forever or not, but what if we measured it by whether it mattered?
What if we measured it by the love we gave, the life we built, and the people we became? Because love's job isn't to last forever, it's to help you become fully completely yourself, and sometimes the most loving thing you can do is give each other permission to be yourselves, separately. But the dog doesn't know were' divorced. He just gets two Christmases now."
Pulled this from this guy Preston Rakovsky's Instagram (@prestonrack) because it is a beautiful perspective on love, marriage, and relationships in general.
