He was tired, but he moved passed it as he walked through the streets of Twilight Town. Why he was so tired was beyond him - what does he have to do to not be tired? Perhaps he should go get another coffee from the Bistro before heading back to his home.

Lost in thought, he did not hear the tell-tale signs of a certain individual running up on him.

“ ISA, WAIT UP !! ”

of course it’s lea. no, not lea : axel. no point in holding onto a past that brings nothing but bitterness, after all. he hesitates for a moment before he claps a hand on his friend’s shoulder, emerald eyes bright as he flashes him a smile. of course that cheerful expression wilts when he takes in the tiredness that’s plain on isa’s features.

“ you … hey, isa, you look really tired. is everything okay? ”

The sudden hand on his back made him almost jump, but he did his best to keep from tensing up as he looked to the culprit. However, then he relaxed a little when he saw it was just Lea. That made him feel better almost immediately. Thank goodness, that was much better. If it was someone else he wouldn’t have been so accommodating so quickly.

“I’m fine,” he lied, clearly - he knew that Lea was going to be able to call him out for it. “What are you being up to...?”

Of course he was going to be finding him of all people. It was what it was, but it was still a bit annoying nonetheless just to see him. Even if he had no direct issues with Xigbar or anything, he was tired. A hand went on his hip and he could not help but be a little aggravated despite his best efforts.

He put a hand on his hip, and looked at Xigbar curiously. “Long time no see,” he greeted, keeping a rather calm demeanor about him. “What brings you here?”

“Hey kiddo,” he greeted. He was pretty clam with the other, and he knew that they still had a bit to go, but they were getting along which was rather nice, so to speak. He looked to her, and offered a gentle expression before he held out the ice cream he had in his hand.

Sorry I haven’t really been around lately. I haven’t been feeling that great, and I had school work, and other things I’ve needed to do.

But on the bright side I’ve started playing New Horizons! So if anyone would like to play/visit my island you’re more than welcome to. I’m hoping ot be more active soon once I’m feeling better.

Xion didn’t immediately piece together was Isa had spelled out and when she did… “Oh, a treat?” she said out loud without thinking. The puppy immediately stopped, turned and barked expectantly as he wagged his tail. Xion put her hands over her mouth. “Oops.” She couldn’t help but to giggle a little, though.

She turned to Isa. “I think, legally, we have to go give him one now,” she said, trying to sound serious, but she couldn’t help smiling as the puppy was now pawing at her leg and whining a little.

He couldn’t realy blame her, he had almost spelled it wrong, and woul dhave siad it when he was trying to figure it out, but he had managed to catch himself. He laughed softly, and looked down at the dog. He was looking at him more than Xion. “Sit.” he instructed as he bent his arm, and touched his shoulder with the hand signal from the training book he had been reading.

Once he sat himself down (with his little butt trying to wiggle with his tail) He did not have the best patience, so Isa was not going to test it in that moment and fished a treat out of his pocket and gave it a gentle toss which the pup immediately caught and munched down on.

“Good boy...”
