A picture of dinner last night Recipe: •Put two eggs in boiling water. Remove after 6 minutes and immediately submerge in bowl of cold water. Set to the side •boil noodles. Rinse in cold water and drain. Set to the side •take 2-3 small premium cuts of meat (I used chicken) and fry in pan over medium heat until throughly cooked. Set aside •in a pot, pour in oil, heat. Add 3 large minced garlic cloves and sauté until fragrant. •Add in stock (I used water and bouillon) •bring to boil, then turn down to simmer (if you want to use mushrooms add them now) •add in noodles •add in seasonings (I used lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and soy sauce) to taste •pour your ramen into bowls •peel the soft boiled eggs and cut them in half. Then place them on top of the bowls of ramen •take the meat you cooked and cut it into slices. Then place them on top of the ramen •garnish with shallots if desired
