I noticed...

many people reblogged and liked a picture I posted that basically stated, you are important.. and you are. I guess it makes me sad that that particular one is so widely and quickly spread because it is needed so much. I know that many of us feel like we are alone. That there is no one that understands what we are going through.

I am here to tell you that you are right. BUT. there is a big but to that. while it is true that no one but you knows specifically what you are going through because each of us have unique experiences, many people just like you are suffering from those horrible thoughts, that say I am not good enough, no one will love me. I am worthless.. and many worse thoughts. granted in a couple of days I will be 32.. and many feel thats too old for advice, let me instead of giving you advice.. give you some of my life so that you may have comfort. I suffer from PTSD from some experiences in my life that I wouldn’t wish on anyone.. but through those I know I am stronger. there have been days where I didn’t want to face another second.. never mind keep going and keep being strong. I have lost many people I loved very dearly from everything from drug over doses, age, suicide, and accidents. I will give you the one reason I am still here.. After years of attempting to take my life.. I couldnt understand why. why me why do I have to deal with all this awful stuff? but then something awful happened.. but it affected me in a way I had never thought of before. I lost someone I loved very much to suicide.. and I thought about how much that hurt me.. how angry I was.. and I thought about joining them.. but the thought that stopped me.. and stops me to this day.. is that someone.. would feel the same way if I died.. and no matter what you think, or how alone you think you are, someone.. needs you as much as I needed them.

so its not easy.. I cant tell you life will get better, sometimes it gets worse.. sometimes it gets a lot worse.. but death by choice is never a way out. please never think that no one would notice.. because someone would.. someone would be devastated. even if you are like me.. a loner, weird.. an outsider.. someone..would miss you terribly. please if you feel like hurting yourself which I have done.. talk to someone.. anyone.. hell talk off the ear of a telemarketer, or find someone online and just talk.. let it out. it doesn’t matter what they think. just remember that holding it is is like holding a deep and deadly poison.. so spill your guts.. write poetry, express your feelings and give them an outlet. I am an artist, and while i have issues crying for myself because I was well conditioned not to, I watch sad stuff.. and I cry for others.. even if it isn’t for me specifically.. it helps get those feels out.. and if you think you cant find anyone else to listen.. come hunt me down. I am really good at listening. feel free to share this, I don’t care if I have the whole internet needing to talk.. I will help all of them if I can. no one should feel alone.. no one should ever feel they aren’t loved.. and if you love someone.. tell them.. you never know.. maybe they are remaining silent.. and need to hear it.
