Windows 8

Just got a new desktop PC but this isn't your ordinary home desktop. Its an all-in-one PC that's touchscreen. Its like a  friggn huge tablet that grew to 23 inches. It's pretty dope, cant lie.

Not only that but, it has Windows 8. Let me just say that its totally different from Windows 7 so don't expect to know where everything is at once  you first open it. I was a bit skeptical at first because I wanted this all-in-one PC to have Win 7 but I'm glad I made that transition.

 So far, I like it. its something different.

Feeling Blue? Youtube can be annoying with its ads but this ad caught my attention. It was, what it looked like, Google employees talking about Gmail going BLUE. Literally blue. To know that it was a joke is even funnier. I then saw somewhere else that windows this year will be putting out windows 8.1 or windows RT which was previously called: Windows Blue. Ironic much albeit it was funny.

I was online using my living social deal for A Udemy Course in Excel. I know some basics of this program but wanted to learn more. One thing that stuck in my mind were the letters, XFD. I decided to replace XFD with THE END because once you reach the XFD cell in excel, you've REALLY reached the end.

Can you say busy? Overwhelmed? Aggy? Tired? Stressed???! Yea thats what I'm going through right now but i know this hard work will pay off at the end. Time to stay focused

Network Basics(NetBsc)

Understanding the basic network topolgies is essential. it is the fondation of a network itself. But FIRST, WHAT IS A NETWORK?

Well, from my understanding a network is a cluster of systems that are in someway connected. that "someway" is what builds a strong network.

"there are two aspects of setting up a network: the hardware used to connect the system together and the software installed on the computers to allow them to communicate"

This makes absolute sense. If you were to build a computer from scratch of course you'll need hardware to allow the computer to function BUT you'll also need software that will allow your computer to function. Say i have a CDROM and i insert it into the appropriate drive, my computer hardware should recognize that it is a CD and the software that is used will allow me to read it.

The Revolution of the " I's"

Just 10 years ago, can You beleive that the IPod was just introduced? It was basically like this white box that allowed you to play music. lol. It seemed simple then but now it's such a neccessity. I can't leave my house without my Ipod. Apple made their product become something bigger than what it was. Not too long ago we lost a GENIUS( Steve Jobs) but, that does'nt mean his legacy won't live on. It's the topic of a good conversation starter. Like:

+ hey!, do you have that new IOS 5?

+ Do you have an IPhone?

+ I just downloaded this album off of ITunes!
