The Burning Kingdoms trilogy is an incredible exploration of love, power, and what happens when things are not what they seem. It also tackles the aftermath of imperialism, and it's sapphic! So let's see how the incomparable Tasha Suri catches her readers.

In the court of the imperial mahal, the pyre was being built.
