Well this Tumblr become a thing again? I have no clue, but I have a song to share. First off, HAIM has a new album and it is such a pleasant listen. But I must admit, once I got to this track, I WAS FLOORED!

3am gives you such 90s R&B vibes and I just wish I could hear/watch the creation of it! Friends if you dig some old school style R&B, take a listen to this bop! It will put you in such a vibe, you will never want to go back!

I’ve been really digging this track lately. Also, since I learned about all that Bebe Rexha has done, I am appreciating that woman so much! She has written so much music for people, and recorded many choruses for rappers and such. 

Also, you can’t go wrong with a catchy EDM chorus! Thanks Martin Garrix!

OH SNAP! Ed Sheeran has new tunes out!!

“Shape of You” is definitely the one that caught my ear! It has a groovy dance beat throughout. You can’t help but move your body when you hear it. 

For some reason I just envision a latin club with sweaty bodies every which way. People just dancing with their fancy strappy heels, form fitting outfits, and fedoras! :P

OH MY LANTA! This new Childish Gambino album is killer! Its not what you expect from him, but it’s brilliant! & this track, Redbone, gets be groovin’ like crazy! 

I am super curious how he created all these tracks on the album. They are all so unique and different. I just smile listening to them all. GO LISTEN TO THIS ALBUM!

This track really makes me feel good! I love me some Daft Punk and when you add The Weeknd, its pure bliss!

I have yet to listen to the whole album, but I have only heard amazing things! I know that I will be listening to it all very VERY soon!

OK. So this song. I have no words. Downloaded the song on my phone one day, and several days later I finally listened to it in my car. & I was put to tears.

On that day, I listened to the song on repeat for all the commuting I had to do that day. So listened to it many, many, many, many, MANY times!

Dear Evan Hansen started here in Washington DC, and it currently now is in New York City on Broadway. Ben Platt, who you may know from Pitch Perfect 1 and 2, is so amazing on this song! His voice just sounds so at ease and fluid. UGH, I can’t talk enough about how amazing it is. 

I truly wish I had seen it while it was in the area, but alas, I missed out. We’ll see, maybe some day.

PS. this song truly read my heart and soul. Every. Single. Word.

Have you seen Moana yet? You haven’t?! You’re dead to me.

But seriously, go see Moana! The music is amazing! This song get reprised a few times throughout the movie, and every time I cried like a baby! Again, Lin-Manuel Miranda has done it. He truly is a genius.

Also, did I mention that The Rock is the voice of one of the characters? He is great!! He raps! Trust me people, you want to see this movie. Or at least listen to the soundtrack.

PS. This song just got Lin a Golden Globe Nomination :D

PSS. To my musical theater nerds, Chris Jackson, the original “Benny” in In The Heights and the original “George Washington” in Hamilton, is the singing voice for Moana’s father! SO GOOD!

This is pretty epic and Chris Daughtry is wailing!! He performed a cover of Evanescences’s “Bring Me to Life” for the television program The Passion. I now wish I had watched this program, but I honestly was not intrigued by the commercials. Apparently Chris played Judas, can he act?

New Panic! At The Disco?! OK! Sounds good!

But really, I dig this track, but mostly because of the vocals! This man has a voice that can soar through the sky! I could listen to him belt all day long! LOVE IT!

A friend of mine introduced this song by saying it’s like a mixture of Frank Sinatra and “Drunk in Love” by Beyoncé. Thank you Carl Williams for that! Completely his thoughts and brilliance!

I know it’s been FOREVERRRR since i have posted anything on here. This summer has been a crazy and amazing spectacular one!

But I am back to promote this amazing show, and its soundtrack! Now, I haven’t actually seen the show, YET! But I know a few people who have seen it and it has blown their minds! But I have listened to the soundtrack and cried tears of sadness and complete joy!

You must go and check out the soundtrack to Lin-Manuel Miranda’s newest broadway show HAMILTON! If you dig American History, Hip-Hop, and Rap, this show is perfect for you!
