I have a lot of power, but you need to prove to me that your problem is worth solving.” He clicked his tongue, stepping closer. “I get asked to help a lot of people, especially when they know that most of them won’t ever step foot out of this room–” He motioned to the empty space he called a ‘room’. It resembled a chamber more than anything else. “Explain your situation, and I’ll decide. Just don’t beg. You’re too pretty for that.” 

❝ I don’t have any money, ❞ her short explanation came in quick pace as she stared up at him, eyes a vibrant shade of blue as she kept herself steady in the presence of a creature that could break her in half like a twig. This was for her daughters and she was willing to sacrifice everything to keep them safe from harm,  ❝ My daughters have come of age and they were given their papers to report to a breeding center if they can’t find a…❞ she paused as her lower lip shivered at the idea of the horrors  her daughters would face in a breeding facility, ❝ vampire to take them in as pets…decent vampires that won’t hurt them. I don’t care what happens to me as long as I know they’re safe. ❞

“So in short, you want me to take your daughters in as pets?” He asked, looking at her. “I just want to make sure that I heard you correctly.” He scratched at the scruff on his chin. “Why me? You could’ve picked any other vampire to make a deal with, but you chose me. Why?.” He asked, his head tilting slightly to one side.

“Nothing practical?” Negan scoffed, smirking. “It makes you look very appealing, and thus easier to feed from. I’ve always had a small problem wanting to feed on women who were dressed in plain clothes.” He looked around the room before returning his gaze to her. “I also wouldn’t say we vampires destroy human lives-- If anything we’ve given human lives a purpose finally.” His eyes narrowed. “And not all of us are monsters, especially not the vampires who have power, like me. We wouldn’t stoop to the kind of levels that some vampires would.”

Selling herself, her blood, like some common street girl in an effort to keep her daughters out of a vampires’ service.

Lucille pulled away from the henchmen leading her into the vampires room and rubbed her wrists as she glared at Negan as he spoke to her.  “Well, it sure as hell isn’t for coffee and conversation with the way your idiots dressed me.”  Quickly moving away from said idiots she motioned towards the skimpy black lingerie she’d been given to wear that showed off her slim figure and pale unscarred throat, “I might be forced to let you feed off me but there is no way in fucking hell I’ll have sex with you.”

Negan chuckled, his smile widening. “Who said anything about having sex?” He clicked his tongue then, his eyes wandering over her body. “My boys normally dress the women I feed on like this--” He paused, meeting her eyes. “It’s almost customary nowadays. They do it as a little present for me.” He stepped closer. “Why? Do you not like it?” He asked, a hand moving her hair from her throat.
