Levelling up My Health - I Quit Vaping
So I can officially declare myself a non-vaper. I'm so proud of myself and this new health breakthrough is leading to other healthy habits in my lifestyle:
I'm leaving the car at home and walking my errands for exercise
I'm eating more fruit and vegetables
I've cut out takeaway in favour of homemade food
I'm eating only top quality 85% cocoa dark chocolate
I'm drinking still and sparkling water rather than sodas
Now I've hit day five of my vape free journey I'm starting to feel the effects of withdrawal. My head hurts and my jaw feels tight. It's not fun but it will pass.
The temptation to have one vape just to take this edge off is huge. But it will only prolong the problem. So I'm riding it out.
How I Quit Vaping Day Five
I continued to take Tabex
I vaped in the morning 0mg liquid
I chewed gum
I gave my vape up at midday. For good
I drank wine for the first time since I started quitting
I ordered some aromatherapy inhalers
I kept myself distracted as much as possible
How I Quit Vaping Day Four
I avoided vaping before midday
I did a hypnosis session
I continued to take Tabex
When I did vape I used 0mg liquid
I chewed gum
I avoided alcohol

January: Day 2 âImagine if you _____â Hereâs a great habit to adopt for a growth mindset longterm. Whenever you want to accomplish something and the outcome has endless possibilities, train yourself to open your mind to the infinitely positive outcomes. Look at the sentence above, and fill out the blanks accordingly. That next goal you have coming up? Fill out that sentence with the best possible outcome. Those big accomplishments you outlined in the challengeâs Day 1 exercise, fill out the sentence with the best possible outcome for them. Then pick any random 5, 10, 20 things you want to do, and imagine once again the best outcome! It may feel uncomfortable at first, like trying to tell yourself the sky is blue when itâs not, but thatâs just your mind resisting any changes to its limitations. Push past that resistence babes! When you do⊠it starts feeling really good, doesnât it? It will feel exciting, uplifting and juicy! Now, imagine if you practiced this approach for everything in life - it would literally change your whole perspective.
Imagine if you quit vaping. You live a life free from cravings. You never need to pay for liquid or coils again. You sleep through the night.
Imagine if you level up your health. Your energy increases and you get to experience more out of life. You live longer so get more time with those you love. And you look your best all the time.
Imagine if you upgrade your interiors. You live in a home you adore. You entertain there. You make memories there. You build a wonderful life there.
Imagine if you visit Iceland. You see the Northern Lights. You find new experiences not available to you at home. You enable your husband to experience his dream.
Imagine if you could speak fluent German. You open up a new client avenue. You have access to new people and resources. You engage your mind.
How I Quit Vaping Day Three
Chewing gum was my best friend!
I occasionally vaped 0mg liquid but fewer times than the day before
I started a cycle of Tablex
I continued to abstain from alcohol
I broke habits like vaping after dinner or with coffee
I told a few close friends that I had quit
Dream of Spring (detail) 1901, Â by William-Adolphe Bouguereau.
How I Quit Vaping Day Two
Still 0mg liquid
I kept the vape on the top floor of my three storey home
This forced me to take breaks if I decided to vape, managing the habit side
I'm still struggling with nicotine withdrawal, but I am sleeping better
I picked up chewing gum ready for when I drop the vape entirely
I stay as positive as possible and continue to avoid alcohol
if you think you need to be a 100% 'fixed' or have perfect self concept in order to manifest, you're actually creating a limiting belief
if you think you need to literally "do anything" without which you believe manifesting won't be possible, you're creating a limiting belief.
manifestation is supposed to be easy, effortless and second nature to your god-self. stop putting limiting beliefs onto yourself.
you can still manifest everything you want knowing that you don't have to do anything at all. there's nothing "to do" or "to fix" in order for you to get your manifestations. you're god, you're already freaking powerful.
ofcourse working on your self concept is helpful in development of your confidence & healing, but you can be a work in progress, you don't have to be 100% healed or perfect to still be a master manifester!
everything you want is within your reach. stop thinking that in order to manifest something, you first need to have 100% perfect self concept. you may spiral, you may have intrusive thoughts and you know what? you're getting what you want regardless. you're always going to. everything's okay, you're still god & everything is still yours!

[review]
You will never feel like it!
Human Beings Are Not Thinking Machines. We Are Feeling Machines That Think.
When you ask yourself âwhat do I want to eatâ, you are actually saying to yourself âwhat do I feel like eatingâ.
You are not asking yourself âshould I get upâ, subconsciously you are asking yourself âdo I feel like getting upâ.
You arenât asking yourself âshould I walk over to the girl I likeâ, subconsciously you are asking âdo I feel like walking over to herâ.
You arenât asking yourself âshould I share my idea at the meetingâ, subconsciously you are asking yourself âdo I feel like sharing my idea right nowâ.
