Find yourself a forest and go foraging for stuff you can trade!!!! or just stuff you can bring back to the station period. there's sure to be plenty of stuff in this whimsical fantastical world
Creamheart looked left and right, trying to get a view of where she was in conjunction to any forests. She couldn't see much from the ground, so instead she looked to one of the taller buildings around her.
Her legs shook at the thought, but it was the easiest thing she could think of.
So, using a couple boxes, an awning, and her claws (She still had claws on these fingers?? That eased some of her concerns. They even sheathed and unsheathed similarly to before), she scrabbled onto one of the roofs of this town.
The sloped roof proved challenging to balance on, but she managed with shaking legs and outstretched tail.
The village was fairly big. It was probably as big as her village back at home, with similarly crafted homes and features. The difference here was that the humans (or humanoids?) were still there to upkeep them. That wasn't to say the cats in her village didn't try their best, but there were clear differences between the bustling town before her and the slightly run down streets of her old home.
Despite that, looking at it all made her heart ache.
She looked up from the town and scanned the horizon instead, searching for--
Ah! There it was. A forest in walking distance. It might take her twenty minutes to get there from where she was now. Maybe more depending on foot traffic. There was sure to be plenty of things there! She just had--
You know the saying that cats always land on their feet? That doesn't help a cat who's gained a clavicle and no longer has a hyper flexible backbone.
Creamheart yowled as she fell from the roof and onto the street. Given how tall the building was, you can imagine how bad it was.
Creamheart couldn't imagine it.
She passed out on impact.
