i havenāt seen anyone talk about just how terrifying AI is. the affects it has on the human brain scare the ever loving shit out of me. i have seen first hand just how bad it is through my classmates. two of them specifically have, from what iāve witnessed, rotted their brains to the point of (almost) no return. they didnāt know what motivate meant three days ago. motivate. hereās some more context:
we were talking about an upcoming assignment and what it was about basically, the teacher decided that weād make the rubric so that we could understand what we needed to do to get a good mark, right? so me and my friend put āmotivates the viewer to take actionā because the project is about connecting social issues to an independent novel study and explaining why itās bad. we put that there because the teacher said it and we had to put something down on the paper. later that class when we were going through the rubric and making sure everyone understood we got to that point. they didnāt understand. i thought them not understanding symbolism last semester was bad enough.
for more context as to why this specific moment scared me: they both play sports. motivation is like half the damn sport. wdym you donāt know what it means??
