Writers and Artists, have you ever just been stuck on answering the big questions of your story for like months/or maybe even a year? Like, it's been bugging me considering I've been working on my series for years now. And then when you think you've finally answered them...You start back to zero because something just doesn't feel right even though it's a good alternative.

I've always been an over-critical person when it comes to my writing...Smh.. idk (Maybe I'm the issue)

So can you guys give me advice on how to introduce characters in a story? How do I share backstory without it feeling like I'm shoving it in the reader's face? How do I write motives and dialogue? What really makes a good villain? What makes an (Mc)/character interesting? Anything really, I need advice from you fellow writers so I can know if I've taken a good direction with my work.

Also, the second worst thing is not being able to come up with a set design for a major character no matter how many times you change it. OMG! I swear I might break my tablet! There are so many designs I've made that I loved as a design but not for a character in the story to have.
