My girlfriend and I ran into these two lovely ladies later on in the afternoon. I asked for some photos and we ended up spending most of the rest of the afternoon with them. Emily was really happy though and was red as a tomato

There were a lot of models at Bikefest and I got to practice people photography. I'm glad they let me take photos (I asked permission first). While I'm on the topic, if people are out and you want to take pictures of them ASK THEM FIRST. Them being out and looking like that is not equal to consent. I cannot tell how many creeps (mostly old white dudes) were taking photos of them without asking (and they were typically behind the girls), catcalling them, and TELLING the models to get a picture with them or to pose etc.  It’s not okay even if they are there “for your viewing pleasure”. Have some decency and ask first!

So 2 weeks ago I went to an event that's held every year in Leesburg. Bikefest is one of the largest congregations of bikers in the US and it was really amazing.

So I decided to do a redraw of an illustration I did back in November of last year ( the top is recent the bottom is November). This is about 3 1/2 months of improvement. I like doing redraws especially when I have block because it helps me see how far I’ve come. It’s a real confidence booster.

Florida Road Trip.

So I started out spring break by taking a road trip across Florida from Orlando to Ruskin in Tampa with my room mate. It was amazing and we played to and sang Disney songs the entire way. The cats we had with us made it better, it took longer than expected because we got caught in traffic for two hours. I am mad at him though because while the sun was setting he didn't play Clocks by ColdPlay. AND ONE THING YOU ALWAYS DO WHEN THE SUN IS SETTING ON A ROAD TRIP IS PLAY CLOCKS!!!
