One office employee said she knew nothing of Bure's following in the gay community, but added that the team always thought the Russian looked more similar to Home Alone star Macaulay Culkin than Valentino
Okay so here's Bure:
and here is child star Macaulay Culkin in 1994. When he was. 14???
and here is. 1920's film star??? Rudolph Valentino:
What do these three people have in common? You decide!
Pavel Bure, the 17-year-old captain of the USSR junior national ice hockey team, demonstrates an international gesture that requires no explanation to a hostile audience in Anchorage (1989).
hey so jack's emotional support equipment manager brought baseball gloves on the road trip to dallas for him so he could practice his yankees opening pitch before morning skate

Minute 9:25, running into Trevor Zegras and Quinn HughesÂ
Maddie: To go back to our sidequest, what we did was go down to Godâs Basement [room at Parker House where live bands and DJs perform] and we actually ran into umm.
Kelly: Quinn Hughes and Trevor ZegrasÂ
Maddie: Yeah and we were like âhey guys,â and they cameâI mean, I donât really know how in detail we want to getâ
Kelly: YeahÂ
Maddie: ButÂ
Kelly: Basically it was just like random like bump into each other, like standing next to each other at the bar. Trevor Zegras came over
Maddie: Yeah, and Delaney and Kelly didnât recognize him and I like sort of recognized him
Kelly: I donât know how I donât know how anyone can recognize anyone in Godâs Basement itâs just likeâalso mind you, was this pre-dancing or post-dancing?
Maddie: Post dancing.Â
Kelly: Yeah so he had just come off the most insane band, this one guy had hair down to his ass and he had like, it was like flowing behind him, like there was a fan behind himÂ
Maddie: It was like a picture
Kelly: And he was like playing with it himself, like going down up
Maddie: The way those people get so into it
Kelly: So into it
Maddie: As they should, but itâs crazy like and mind you the ceiling is literally two inches about their head and itâs actually like a fraction ofâ
Kelly: [singing noises] and theyâre like looking at you in the eye and winking likeâ
Maddie: Itâs like really getting into it, oh my god it was so funny, but basically you know we ended up hanging out in that corner withâ
Kelly: Oh yeah, but it was like so dark in there and like packed so it was kinda likeâ
Maddie: Yeah and then I was just imagining like this is probably where like you know, Tate Mcrae was hanging out and it was just like so packed.Â
Kelly: Maddie was much more smooth and nonchalant
Maddie: Like what did she think? I literally wonder what Tate Mcrae thought of the Parker House. Was she like âwhy am I here?â was she like âoh this is fun.â
Kelly: I bet she was like âso this is what you did like all the time growing up Jack? Did you come here after a win?â
Maddie: So did they have like a big house? They must have like a big house down there, I donât know.
Kelly: I donâtâI would assume so. Iâm not up to date on all the Hughes.
Maddie: One of my favorite parts too, our friend Delaney shout out totally didnât recognize like I was trying to whisper it in their ears âlike I think he plays in the NHLâ
Kelly: Well he kept saying âFlyers in 6â and I was like âKnicks in 4â and meanwhile Iâm looking at Maddie like âwhere the fuck are the Flyers?â I didnât even realize it was a hockey team. Iâm literally racking my brain like I thought it was the Spurs like okay Z, Iâm likeâ
Maddie: And obviously also like the Flyers like the seasonâs over, like theyâre out of the playoffs but also hockeyâs playing on the TV so youâre like âwhatâs going on?â
Kelly: Yeah and then like Maddie, itâs so funny because like heâs talking about the Flyers in 6 and Maddieâs like âoh we played Marist lacrosse and likeâ
Maddie: Oh my god it was literally likeâ
Kelly: And she saidâ
Maddie: And I was like giving him the whole lore and he was like âwere you good at lacrosse?â and I was like âyeahhhh I was pretty good but this one was way better than me, Kellyâ and then later on we got shots and he was like âhereâs a shot for the best player on Maristâ
Kelly: And weâre like taking the shot too and in that moment [making face] like I would want to punch myself like Iâm literally likeâ
Maddie: So funny! And then Delaney literally goes âdo you work for Barstool?â sheâs like âdo you work with them?â cause we were kind of a little bit like cause you know like when they donât recognize someone and someoneâs coming up to us and not like leaving, she was like âdo you work for Barstool?â
Kelly: Yeah and also like we werenât doing intros like âhey Iâm Trevorâ âhey Iâm smellyâ [podcast nickname]
Maddie: We probably did everything wrong to like make him go away but it was just like really funny and also he thought my name was Patty
Kelly: Patty!
Maddie: he said he thought my name was Patty like itâs Maddie and heâs like I thought it was Patty
Kelly: No he literally thought Maddie was hilariousÂ
Maddie: Yeah, it was really funny it was just likeâ
Kelly: At least thatâs what I was gettingÂ
Maddie: And then we locked ties with Quinn
Kelly: And like I was trying to tell him about my friend Gerard and Iâm trying to explain her nickname and I was like um [makes face] and heâs like âyou can you should go get a drinkâ and I was likeâ
Maddie: Like ohhh
Kelly: And I was like âIâll go do that [mimics choking herself]
Maddie: Like okay bye! And then we literally got so hot we were like âwe need to get the fuck out of hereâ
Kelly: Yeah
Maddie: Like those big blue fans, I was like grabbing it and turning it on everybody because you literally canât move and thereâs one bartender back there it was just like crazyÂ
Kelly: Yeah and then we went upstairs and it was just empty. Like it was cleared out, like everyone left
Maddie: And we were like âwhat the fuck just happened? That was a fever dreamâ and then you just leave and youâre like âall right, câest la vieâ
