the full moon is when it’s the most beautiful, it’s pale light the brightest, it’s power over the tides and the spirit the strongest. 

for once, aphelios is glad alune is not there to share the view for it, for he finds his a wander, wishing that the blade-dancer irelia would show him HER full moon. @defyances

Aphelios blinks in some surprise. The Ionian blade-dancer? He had heard she had little tolerance of outsiders, and his sister warned him that she was a heretic -- But he could see devotion in her motion, a true trance in her dance, something he could truly relate to. 

Perhaps they weren’t so different.

Makes it rain

  What a blessing -- The rain always soothed him; The cooler air, the wet in his hair and the rhythm of the pitter patter in the dirt always leveled the marksman. It seemed that when he was at the worst, questioning his faith the most, the rain would start, as if to sooth his mind and keep him on the path. 

He hands his face back, letting the rain fall over and cover him in it’s cool embrace. His mouth hangs over in a mild ectasy, and he drags his hands from his forehead to his jaw. These little comforts were few and far between, and he had learned to appreciate them to their fullest.
