Another early morning swim with the CSL #triclub It hasn’t been easy to get to the pool at 6am three times a week in the cold weather. Plus my partner in crime @artinotherforms has decided to start to train at night so it makes getting out of the house alone at 5:30am harder! It was a winter ❄️ wonderland on this evening’s long run with @spicethecatahoula. The weather was perfect and the road wasn’t slippery. I had to stop a few times to clean out the street salt from Spice’s paws. I really wish we had a better way to de-ice our roads. Only registered for one race for this year so far. Family race ✅ Finished faster than last year’s 10km by 30secs. I’ll take that. I completely forgot I signed Khayyam up for the 2km. Like a champ he did it while we were running our race.
