"its ok if you find people annoying as long as you dont like act on it" yes but more of you should be investigating WHY you find somebody annoying. is that woman too outspoken and "bitchy"? is that black man not "polite enough"? is that disabled person too whiny and victimizing? is that child too clingy and attention seeking? you need to actually ask yourself WHY people make you feel a certain way. you still dont have to be friends with them but i think it has to go further than just staying polite. life gets better when you unpack why certain people bother you, and it can help you develop not just patience but also empathy for people different to you. which sounds like some childrens cartoon bullshit but a lot of you need to hear it anyways, apparently

#in most cases it says a lot more about you rather than the person you dislike #actually a lot of the things people say about others start to make sense when you apply the same rule to them #a great example of it are hateful comments online
