I'm convinced that when they go to medical conferences hilson have boy sleepovers. they laugh so loudly mom (Cuddy) comes to tell them off and they gossip and have pillow fights and stay up until 5am watching dumb late night TV eating shit tons of food that's awful for them (and they really should know better bc they're doctors). but they don't care bc House can't put a price on seeing Wilson's scrunched up face buried in their mattress because he's giggling so much and Wilson can't forget the image of House relaxed and carefree curled up beside him under the covers telling the same joke for the third time just to get him to laugh
