Note to Self

You're doing good, man. Hitting that rock bottom surely teach you a lot about life. Remember not to compare yourself to anyone else unless to keep yourself motivated. Stay true to your heart. Seek what you desire not what others want you to. It is your day to live, your night to spend. Love the ones that love you. Care for your family and friends. It's not a race, be at your own pace. Make the most of it, step by step.

I'm not sure if this is the best or worst day of my life.

Just to know that you're finally here tonight makes me feel warm again after all these long painful years I have to put myself through. But the very fact that you no longer recognize me at all struck my heart like a thunder shattered the silence of a cold night.

Maybe it's just me, but it seems like you don't do very well either. If only I could do anything about it, but I'm just a nobody.
