I'm never shutting up about how the shogun's design is split in two halves, each of them representing one of the twins.

The left side is Makoto's side. The sleeve goes all the way down like on Makoto's kimono. On this side we also see accessories like the anklet (I don't think it's necessarily connected to Makoto but also doesn't look like something a warrior like Ei would wear). This is also the side on which she holds the bird in one of her idle animations. Makoto is described to be a gentle and kind person, and watching a bird sit on her hand with an almost curious or admiring gaze seems like something to fit this description.

On the right side we can see a rolled up sleeve like on Ei's kagemusha design, held up by a piece of armour, further amplifying her background as a warrior. In one of her idle animations she also holds a ball of energy in her right hand, a stark contrast to the bird on the other side.

So while I'm still grieving her other concept arts, the small details in this design are *chefs kiss*
