To address some concerns with spreading this,

Do NOT automatically assume that people using these are paraphiles, as these are greek letters that have real meaning beyond it.

Usually, it will not take more than a skim of someone's account to tell if they are using them as a para symbol.

Some signs that they are a para is:

- They also have strange emojis next to the symbols (such as 🌈🍖, 💤, 🥣, 🔐, etc)

- They have reblogged radqueer, pro-ship, or AAM/MAP content

- They have transid/radqueer flags in their pfp

I don't like getting involved in syscourse but I feel like a good chunk of it could be solved if we just accepted that CDD systems and plural collectives are fundamentally too different to co exist in the same spaces. On the topic of syscourse, I wish the endo discourse wasn't so prominent? Like I'll be honest, i do not give a fuck if endos "exist or not" (they're obviously experiencing something. Legitimate sources and actual studies about them would be cool but oh well, i dont think were at that stage yet) I just want people to stop spreading misinfo and stop acting like something being a disorder means you have to be miserable about it.

I've been thinking... Should I tell my psychiatrist about Simply Plural and overall try to give it a chance?? I don't like that it's made by endos for endos but... What else am I gonna do really, it's either that or 10 different apps on my phone, I'm seriously debating right now!!

Plus I'm mostly debating because you can email your switches through a report so I wonder if she wants to look into that...

we personally use a spreadsheet. it's very bare bones but everytime we switch, we write down the fronter's name, the time they started fronting and the time they left, and any noteable things that happened while they were in front (if possible). we’re also not great with spreadsheets so we haven’t done it ourselves, but if you’re willing to look into it im like 99% sure there’s a formula or script you can add to calculate the number of times a name shows up and whatnot to simulate the sp front history thing. at its base form tho it’s nothing like all the bells and whistles that sp has but it's a good simple way to track stuff, you can customise it entirely to suit your needs, you can email it to your therapist, and it's not made by endos :) alternatively you could also just try simply plural for a bit and see if you can tolerate it or not. it’s just an app and can always be deleted!

Terms the Endo Community Stolen

This might be a series. We don’t know a lot of terms but if you know some you can request, dm, or comment the term to have it posted.

Sysmed: term was stolen from transmed which means “short for transmedicalist, refers to trans people who believe that dysphoria is required to identify as transgender.”

Traumascum: term was stolen from truscum which means “A queer individual that holds the belief that you require gender dysphoria to identify as transgender”.

System Hopping: an original term for polyfragmented systems/systems who experienced RAMCOA. The original meaning is hopping to side/sub systems in the same systems mind. (The endo meaning can and will most likely be used as a manipulation and gaslighting tactic as alters cannot leave one’s mind to go into someone else’s mind)

Tulpa: a closed Buddhism practice. The original is the following (please correct us if we are wrong those who are Buddhist, we are using Google for this information): a term that originates in Tibetan and Indian Buddhism. In ancient teachings it was used as a practice to show that the world around us exists as an illusion, and that the student could not trust what their senses perceived. The modern interpretation is that of a consciousness that exists parallel to your own inside your mind.

DID isn't just friends in your head.

While yes, I love my system like family and we have good times together, that doesn't mean that these good times are the whole experience.

DID is having alters that don't know how to express that they care about you due to never being cared about themself.

DID is having some alters who hate themselves so deeply that its hidden from who they are on the surface.

DID was having to do horrible shit just to keep yourself alive and now living with severe survivor's guilt.

DID is being more prone to migraines.

DID is remembering a life no one else seems to remember.

DID is not remembering the current life you're living.

DID is having some alters who don't know how to cope with their trauma so they bury themselves in drugs.

DID is having some alters who don't know how to keep living. Genuinely thinking they'd be dead by now.

DID is being naturally selfish and mean because its what you had to be to survive.

DID is being a clueless child within your own mind, unsure why your friends break down and sob for no apparent reason.

DID is being excluded and punished for trying to simply exist with other people.

DID is not only not recognizing your own body, but not recognizing your own species.

DID is thinking you've got all the trauma figured out only for more to resurface.

No one should WANT DID. If you want DID... no you don't. You want a community. You don't want to live like this. I live like this because I have to. It was necessary for me to survive.

Fun fact I learned a while ago; feeling as though you “created” your system or “created” your alters is a very common way that DID tries to convince you that you don’t have trauma/don’t actually have DID.

This is what DID does. It tries to convince you that it isn’t there. Feeling like the trauma didn’t cause it means that it’s doing it’s job.

one thing that I don't see a lot of people talking about in regards to fictive heavy systems is that if you are stuck in the same unsafe situation that caused your trauma, you are going to be predisposed to split more.

if you are a minor with access to the internet, you are more likely to use the internet as a coping mechanism to distance yourself from the situation you are stuck in. And if you are still actively being traumatized and use media as a form of escapism YOU WILL HAVE A LOT OF FICTIVES.

fakeclaimers that see fictive heavy systems and immediately assume that they are faking are just being belligerent at this point. And the argument falls apart even more when you consider the fact that a fair amount of systems are also adhd or autistic and will be even more likely to turn to hyperfictations or spins during times of stress, causing them to (potentially) split off of that thing even more then a nt system.
