Sorry if this was a wait, I don’t usually check my inbox! I’ll go over some pretty general random stuff on him… Some of this is subject to change, the only solid thing I have for him currently are his design and name lmao. I love that there’s so many canine esque/dog themed oc’s in this fandom haha

Backstory wise - He’s a former US veteran, discharged on account for losing both of his lower legs to a landmine in the pacific theater, that volunteered for a privately offered experimental treatment to continue his service. He accepted the offer as after his disablement he was essentially abandoned by anyone that knew him, had no income or family, and his loyalty to his country(and unsated bloodlust from war) drove him to see it as a final olive branch to regain, or even surpass, his prior abilities. This resulted in years of agonizing medical augmentation and experimentation in essentially what was a sister program to the what made the Beserkers, intended to make a bio-enhanced weapon for guerrilla warfare. He’s in a constant state of psychosis because of this experimentation and obsessively seeks out any sliver of comfort or pleasure he can get(substances, blood-shed, ect.), so Murkoff staff usually keeps him heavily sedated to handle him outside of trials as he can quickly get violent about it. The program was unsuccessful due to instability of the subjects and the remaining(alive) subjects were transferred over to Murkoff in a deal with the government.
He’s partially blinded in his left eye and has no lips so he kind of drools everywhere. The upper part of his mask is removable via leather straps, but bottom hinges of his mask is bolted into his jaw. He lost his ability to speak, so he just grunts, shrieks and growls a lot. Can sometimes manage a garbled word or two. Also an opportunistic cannibal, it’s a miracle he hasn’t gotten a huge laundry list of diseases from eating decomped bodies/diseased reagents.
The other ex-pops/prime assets notice him a lot more than he does them. He’s learned that they’re off-limits and is much more focused on hunting down reagents. Has some beef with Night Hunter, though it’s pretty much one sided on Night Hunters part. Also has a weird relationship with Pusher- they use each other for respective reasons, Hound for the Pushers psychosis gas and Pusher for Hounds ability to track down reagents and physical protection.
Gameplay-wise he’d be sort of a Jeager type(but faster than her), focusing on one target, prioritizing lowest health reagent, or any reagent that most recently took damage. I imagine he’d trigger the bleeding ailment with any of his attacks, and he would have the ability to climb/use the two reagent jumps/climbs. His vision would be on the lower side while being extremely sensitive to sound. His execution animations would probably be similar to the biters, lol.
