first day of the school winter break tomorrow gona pop a lax to celebrate and to start the 2 week lock in
whenever i scroll on tumblr i feel like Lia in wintergirls when she logs on to her blog😭
i feel so wintergirls coded when i 'forget to eat' because i'm too busy knitting~

Today's Tip:
When you feel hungry, repeat this to yourself: "How wonderful it is to be hungry; I love the sensation."
It feels strange at first, but (as you probably know) if you repeat something to your brain enough times... It will end up believing it!
Repeating these affirmations helps me view hunger as something beautiful:
• I love feeling the emptiness in my stomach.
• I feel so delicate when I’m not eating.
• I am happy without food.
I’ll leave you with these ideas; you’ll be amazed at how we can trick our brains 🧠
Tip de hoy:
Cuando tengas hambre, repite en tu interior: “Que bonito es pasar hambre, me encanta la sensación.”
Al principio es raro, pero como pueden saber: si repites muchas veces algo a tu cerebro que pasa… ¡Se lo acabará creyendo!
Repetir estas afirmaciones me ayudan a sentir el hambre como algo hermoso:
• Me encanta sentir el vacío en mi estómago
• Que delicada me siento sin comer
• Soy feliz sin hambre

Hey guys, I noticed a shortage of cool websites in the 3d/4n4 community, there used to be so many, but now there aren't. So I made one myself, The 4n4 Place", there's sp0, a blog that I will be updating, d1ets, and a chatroom, so come say hi!
Soups and salads feel safe. I think it will be a staple for my diet. I want to be on autopilot everyday. Eat the same thing everyday or fast. So there's no more room for error.
Losing weights is hard.

Waking up to a flatter beIIy because you made all the right decisions yesterday
I'm not sick I just want everyone to see my beauty from inside out
this is for everyone like me who are in situations similar to, or exactly like these:
you’ve been struggling for years, since you were a kid, but you’re still fat
you were in forced recovery and you can’t seem to bounce back
you keep saying you’ll start tomorrow, or you’ll lock in next week or on a specific date, etc
you ended up in a binge cycle and gained more than what you started at
you developed BED as a result of ana or recovery from ana
etc
wake up tomorrow and weigh yourself. stare at the number the same way you did the first time you saw it. look at it with the same childlike horror and wonder if the scale is malfunctioning, and realize how big you actually are. look at yourself in the mirror for as long as you need and point out every imperfection. realize how much fat is actually covering your body. don’t open your phone or any calorie counting apps, don’t look at yourself past self, don’t think how “today i’m gonna actually lock in.” think of how disgusting you are. look at yourself, take it all in.
go throughout your day body checking and berating yourself, pinching your thighs or hitting your arms whenever you can. shake at the thought of food. don’t tell anyone. act like this is your first time. act like you’re still a child, act like you’re just going to “go on a diet,” and you’ll “eat normal at your gw.” treat yourself like the start of this. because it is, this is a new start, this is when you’re actually going to lose the weight, when youre actually going to push yourself.
only eat when offered to, walk in laps whenever you can. drink as much water as you can, throw up every time you feel full. don’t count calories, pretend like you don’t even know what they are. start doing sad workouts in your room, go out for runs, make a new account, start fresh.
Here is some motivation for all you angels <3
To look in the mirror without hating what you see.
To finally feel okay being in photos again.
To wear clothes you actually like, not just what hides you.
To stop worrying about what everyone else thinks.
To just feel proud of yourself for once.
