It’s cool. Take a shower. Open the windows to let in fresh air even if it’s cold out. Listen to the wind rustling the leaves & the people walking and chatting. Clean something random to see that you can make a difference through action. This too shall pass
love the feeling when i fast and reach the point that i'm no longer hungry but the struggle w low energy is so real😫like wdym standing up isnt a full workout??
I am in control of what I eat! I don’t have to eat anything I don’t want to. And whatever I might want, I can always get again later when I feel better!

btw the actual way to prevent binges is to get coping/grounding mechanisms
for example:
- look back and forth between several brightly colored objects. Note what color they are.
- repeat whatever you're thinking about (a single word or a sentence) again and again until it sounds silly or doesn't upset you anymore.
- bring all your focus to your breathing. breathe in slowly, hold and breathe out
- breathe really quickly in and out until you feel weird. then stop.
- remind yourself what your name is and where you are, what you are doing and what time/date it is
- read something backwards, like this post, just like: "si ti etad/emit tahw dna gniod era uoy tahw, era uoy erehw dna si eman ruoy tahw flesruoy dnimer "
- describe your surroundings in detail. what do you smell, hear and see, is there any text around you? what colors do you see? how many items are there?
- touch your thumb to your fingers in different patterns
- picture yourself in a safe space, real or fictional. maybe you're on a beach. maybe you're in a room full of books.
- use a scented candle or anything that smells really, and pay attention to the scent
- put ice cubes on your arms or water on your face
- ask for advice if there's something specific you are struggling with
- journal

just a collection of things that helped me to fast for 85 hours (3.5 days) and lose 5.5lbs!
take magnesium for breakfast
diet coke / zero calorie drinks (coca cola zero is my lifesaver!!)
green tea helps against fatigue
make some vegetable broth if your cravings get unbearable, it’s close to zero cals and very filling (i decided that it won’t break my fast)
get the LIFE app and check your progress whenever you feel like breaking your fast
take walks (it gets you away from food, reduces the hunger feeling and burns extra cals)
distract yourself!! scroll through tumblr or tiktok, crochet something, read a book or get some work done
for motivation: go shopping (you don’t even have to buy anything if you’re broke like me) or try your own outfits and imagine how much better they would look on you after your fast :)

A little personal inspiration
-When i share clothes with my sisters, their clothes are always so big and baggy
-My boyfriend can pick me up and throw me across the room
-I’m so much more confident thin than i was fat. Like actually i had such a good glow up
-Even size S is baggy on me now
-i can wear low rise jeans and i don’t look like a whale
-I can wear a waist chain and a bikini in public
-i can put necklaces around my waist and thighs
-i can wear tight clothes and look cute
-i get drunk and high faster
-girls are jealous of me now
-i look pretty in the gym and while running
-people worry about me a little bit and i like it cuz it’s validating
-i can shop in the kids section
-less time on the toilet, less time eating, more time being hot
-i get hit on now
-i can admire myself a bit now
-i’m always cold and where i live that’s seen as cute
-takes 1/4 time to shave if your 1/4 the size (yes ik abt the lanugo and stuff, that's only really when you go super far with it. stay safe bbys. also i'm sorry that i forgot abt that because it wasn't a problem for me personally, even at my lowest which was abt 70lbs)
-i was literally my crushes crush for a while. now im my crushes gf
-heroin chic
-long bony fingers
-THIGHGAPTHIGHGAP
-diamonds look HUGE. jewelry looks HUGE
-i love body glitter so i put it in my collarbones
-more reason to keep goung
-chairs never creak
-fit into old clothes
-less oily face
-eyes and lips seem bigger
-i’m NEVER hungry anymore
