My new thing is doing little micro workouts while I'm making tea. I have a really hard time getting started exercising, and though I do move around a bit at work I would like to be more toned. I miss when I was dancing, when I felt more capable than I do now.

I always see those little like 5-10 minute home workout things but I never start them. I do, however, make tea like 6 times a day; start the kettle, wait for it to boil, pour the tea, wait for it to steep, etc. and I usually stand around while I'm doing that, maybe do a couple of small chores, or just go back to my room and sit. Now I'm going to do one of those workouts every time instead. Wish me luck!

Update five days later:

I just started my period 😭 it's December and the last time I was on my period previously to this was in January 22 😩 I hate my uterus, why can't this bitch just stay dormant???

Also I'm on a period binge through my cupboards but I'm telling myself hat I'm allowed to binge until shortly bofore nausea as long s I'm good for the rest of the week (meaning going to work which is 6k staps, lifting and carrying stuff around plus 16km biking + only having one yogurt and one other Item of food per day) so that's that

Alright so of my bosses at work came up to me yesterday and asked me what size I was and I got soo confused and flustered so I thought she was either talking bout my boots or gloves because my gloves are starting to get holes

Turns out they just had a shirt with company merch laying around and I was like "uhm tbh idk, I always wear the biggest shirts I can get cause I like them baggy" and she looked me dead in the eye and asked me if I thought I could fit a size M cause that's what they had left over

Bro istg I was sweating, I haven't worn a size M for years, all my shirts are at least an XL but she gave it to me anyways to try it on at home
