Fitness Articles
How many times have you looked into fitness articles, whether to begin your new journey or gain more knowledge, only to realize that you can't relate?
This has nothing to do with the knowledge of the writer, or the authenticity of the article, but that these articles are often (not always) aimed towards an audience with a predisposition to fitness.
What do I mean by this?
When I started my fitness journey I read countless articles and forums, and tried my best to follow their information only to realize that they were honestly geared toward people who had prior knowledge and understanding of fitness and fitness terminology.
Where am I going with this?
When you are looking for information, look for the “right” information. If you are just getting into fitness, you shouldn't be reading articles about maximizing muscle growth, maximizing strength, or burning the most fat. You should be reading articles on Proper Technique and Proper Form.
I Wasted countless hours in the gym trying to get bigger, leaner and stronger only to realize that I had No Clue what the hell I was doing. So I stepped back and started all over again, left my Ego at the door and practiced Proper Technique. It was then that I started to make the progress that I was looking for all along.
Take the time, do Proper Research and stay clear of mainstream articles, there will be plenty if time for that once you know what you are doing.
