Tag NSFW/18+ bullying, stalking, drug use and addiction.
You stare at Eddie, not knowing what to say. "You're pregnant. You don't have to be ashamed. It's his fault, not yours. He's the one who didn't take responsibility for dumping you for his childhood friend, Patty. Patty is okay. I don't blame her, but him. Does he even know? Y/N must know. He's the father and he'll help you with child support and everything. But if you don't tell him... do you want to go through this alone?" Eddie's words break a dam. You burst into uncontrollable tears. Eddie comes closer. "Come here," he says and hugs you. You return the hug, crying into his jacket. Then slowly you calm down. "Eddie, Henry knows," you say. He can't be the stalker. It's mathematically impossible. Eddie looks at you in disbelief. "He knows?" You bite your lip. Eddie... do you promise to keep a secret? Well, besides that? Eddie nods, then puts two crossed fingers on his lips. "Scout's word," he says, making you smile. "Henry and I haven't broken up. Henry is very happy with the baby, but the stalker has become more threatening. He wants to take it to the next level. He wrote a message. From now on, we'll play. We don't know what he wants. It's no one from my past or Henry's. Not his father's creditors, not a former scout." Eddie doesn't ask questions, he lets you talk. That's what you appreciate about him. That he doesn't bombard you with questions." Brenner doesn't want to put this child in danger. He says it's his inheritance having adopted Henry. "Eddie studies you absorbedly." What if Brenner is the mad scientist, the stalker? Maybe it's all a twisted psychological plan of his to drive you crazy. "You've thought about this for a long time. "At first I thought so. But now there's a child involved. His grandson. He would never put little Brenner's life in danger." You suppress a grimace. Inside, you prefer to consider the little one a Creel. "But maybe he passed the buck to a colleague and wants to blame him," says Eddie. You think about it. After all, Orwens is among the suspects and that doesn't add up.
Orwen has always been kind to you, and as far as you know, he has no reason to hate Henry. Also because Brenner would have fired him. But then why mention his name too? You decide to confide in Eddie. "Brenner mentioned Nancy's name. He says she's the stalker. Because she didn't get the scholarship." Eddie gasps. Then he gives a bitter smile. "The scapegoat," he says. You look at him, confused. "What?" Eddie looks at a pack of cigarettes in his pocket. Then at you. Finally, at the no-smoking sign. Finally, he decides to leave the cigarette where it belongs. You know perfectly well it's not because of the sign. "Nancy is a scapegoat. Come on, you really won't believe it! She's ambitious and intelligent, I'll grant you that, but she's not a sadist. And there are things more important to her than futile revenge for a scholarship. It can't be Nancy. Either Brenner doesn't know who to blame anymore, or he's behind all this." You look at Eddie, "I don't think it's Nancy either. We've ruled out so many names." Eddie smiles bitterly, "I bet Brenner got me involved too." Actually, he didn't. Eddie continues, "After all, I'm a Satanist because I play D&D. Ridiculous!" You run a hand over your stomach. Now you're hungry" no. Brenner didn't mention your name. He accused Jonathan. Dustin, the teachers, a former classmate of Henry, some criminals who killed his family, a co-worker. Klaus, Kol, Antea. And now Nancy" at those words Eddie looks at you stunned "she made a list of Silla's prescriptions! absurd! Are you kidding? Antea is less likely to be the stalker than Nancy. Come on! Have you seen her? She's completely harmless. She doesn't know you exist and she comes to class when she wants. She's in the middle of a thousand debts and troubles with drug dealers. It doesn't make sense that it's Antea!" says Eddie. You know that Eddie has taken her under his wing in his own way. You're right, it can't be Antea and it can't be Nancy. But then who hates us so much? I don't understand. Then you sigh. But I'm afraid of Nancy. I know it's probably not her, but what if it was? What could she do to me?Eddie thinks about it. "Nothing. Nancy won't do anything. It's not her style. She didn't get the results she hoped for, she's just studying harder. That's all. There's someone else behind it," Eddie says, reassuring you knowing that he thinks exactly like you and Henry. "In any case, I'll keep my eyes open. We'll catch him, you'll see. But what about the rest? You can't hide it forever," Eddie says, pointing to your belly. "I know. Brenner already has the perfect plan. As soon as the pregnancy starts showing, he'll pull me out of school and keep me in his lab until the birth. Henry will also quit teaching. He'll become a nurse and then a doctor. Just like Brenner wanted." Eddie leans against the doorframe. "Coincidentally, everyone in his power. The heir to his empire growing inside you. Creel becoming a doctor like Dad wanted and, well, you. A wife for the most bachelor professor in the world. I don't rule out the possibility that it's all a plan of his to keep Henry under control. But I'll investigate. In any case, what do your parents think?" Eddie asks. You smile sadly. "Nothing. I'm not that valuable to them anymore. As long as Henry marries me and supports me. For the rest, I have carte blanche. I mustn't become a scandal." You hold back. More than you already have become. Eddie looks at you curiously. "Y/N, what do your parents have against you?" You take a deep breath. Only Brenner knows. Only Henry. Only Patty and the other teachers. Can you trust Eddie? After all, it's all water under the bridge." Listen, Eddie, I have something to tell you." But that's when the bathroom door swings open and Antea comes in.
Eddie is there, watching you. To a distracted eye, the pregnancy isn't visible. But to a careful eye, it is. You're more tired. Your clothes are a little tighter. You're throwing up. But you have that strange light on your face, typical of all expectant mothers. How long will it take for the average student to notice your condition? But Brenner already has his plan. Having Creel in the lab, coincidentally, doing the work he wanted. You in the hospital and an heir inside you to carry on an illustrious name. It's no laughing matter that Brenner has already organized the child's life until graduation. But that doesn't matter. You're there, ready to tell him why your parents aren't happy about becoming grandparents <especially because Henry is marrying you> that Antea is coming to the bathroom. Eddie already knows what he wants. As soon as he sees him, he starts whining, "Do you have any more, Eddie?" he says. It's no mystery what he wants. "No, Antea. You know I've been done with that stuff for a while now and you should too. Now, you have to go to English," he says to her like an older brother. "But I don't want to take English! You know what I want!" he blurts out. "Why are you all against me? And you, and the teachers, and that Patty!" Then his gaze focuses on you. "You're the girl on the poster," he says. You both look at her cautiously. "Which poster, Antea?" The girl points to the corridor. "Well, the poster in the corridor. Everyone's looking at it. It's disturbing." At those words, Eddie sees it. You've gone white. "What does it say on the poster?" Antea looks at him shrewdly. "If I tell you, will you give me some?" But you're quick. You run out of the bathroom. Eddie and Antea follow you.
You run with your heart in your throat. You only know one thing. The stalker has struck again. You arrive breathless in front of that huge poster that takes up the entire wall. A crowd of students is looking at it. Those who notice you look at you with pity. Others with disgust. "You don't do these things. It was her business. Whoever did it is a criminal. They should kick it out," says Kol, but he seems to have more of an issue with the poster than with you. You arrive in front of the poster and hear Antea next to you sigh. "I told you it was ugly," she says. You look a poster. There, grainy, is a frame from one of the lab's cameras. The frame with your pregnancy test. Your secret there, in front of everyone. The secret you tried to keep. A red writing stands out on the poster. I told you I would up the ante, y/n. Now everyone knows your secret. Next question: Who will be the father? "This is obscene," Eddie says, clenching his fists. That's when Jonathan reaches you and hugs you. "We'll do something, Y/N," he says, taking responsibility for the child. You hug him, but suddenly you see him, far away from you. Henry is looking at the poster with wide eyes. He's horrified. That's when Patty and the other teachers join the crowd. Then that name: "Nancy Wheller, please follow us to the principal's office." Nancy, next to Robin, goes white. "But I don't understand!" Kol snorts. "Come on! It couldn't have been her! Please!"Patty catches up Nancy with Joyce . Patty is serious, wary. Joyce is disappointed and angry.
An anonymous envelope arrived with some interesting photos we need to talk about. "Come on!" Nancy looks at the crowd with wide eyes. "It wasn't me. I could never do something like that. Y/N! It wasn't me!" she shouts. Steve intervenes. "It wasn't her! That's not like her!" Billy looks at the test shrewdly. Krissy is suspicious. Patty shakes her head. "It's standard procedure, Steve. Nancy? Let's go. You? Disappear," she says. Then she looks at you. "Y/N? Let's go. And you too, Jonathan." Joyce looks at her son. Then she looks at you. Joyce, who thinks she's just become a grandmother and found out the hard way. Jonathan, brave, takes your hand. "Let's go, Y/N, let's face everything together. "I'm not leaving you," he says. "It's really a dirty trick. I wonder who's behind it because it's definitely not Nancy's doing," Klaus says as you pass by. You don't know what to think anymore. Your head is in total chaos. You only know that the stalker has made the worst move ever. He just revealed to the world that you're pregnant. How long will it take him to reveal who the father is. Herny looks at you beyond the terror. You feel like you're sinking into a nightmare.
And now, a truly despicable move. I warned that the stalker has upped the ante🥲
Jonathan🥰🥰🥰🥰 and Joyce who thinks she's a grandmother but it's all a lie😱
Soon, two very sweet chapters about Henry and Y/N. This stalker is going too far 🥲 We have to catch him, guys!
I threw the entire timeline of chapter two of dirty laundry off and now I have to go back and figure out how to make it make sense 😩 I might can fix it. Big ass sigh
